Akili Tea values your rights to privacy. Our customers are asked to supply various personal data when placing an order such as name and address, credit card information, and e-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order, or communicating with the customer about the status of an order.

Our website is meant to be a service to you. If you supply your telephone number with us online we may call you regarding your order. We record your e-mail address if you chose to communicate with us via e-mail. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us a message via e-mail, or postal mail, or by calling us.

We pledge to always employ leading edge security systems to ensure the safety of your transactions when you buy our products online. When you place orders, or access your Akili account, your credit information is protected using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. The SSL server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Akili Tea appreciates our customers. We want each customer to have a pleasant experience when ordering, as well as consuming our products. Thank you for your trust.

Return & Exchange Policy

Akili Tea wants you to be completely happy with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please return the unused package within 30 days of the purchase. We will gladly refund the original purchase price, or send you a replacement order.

Should you have any discrepancy with your order, please send us an e-mail message (Info@akilitea.com) regarding your situation prior to returning the package. This may prevent unnecessary shipping costs for both parties. To further ensure an expedient resolution, please carefully follow the steps below:

  1. All merchandise must be in its original package and securely wrapped.
  2. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
  3. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to ensure correct credit will be issued.
  4. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping and handling cost.
  5. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
  6. Indicate the reason(s) of your return on your invoice or the purchase summary to help us better serve your needs.
